In September of 2024, JLG Industries Inc, an Oshkosh Corporation Business, completed the acquisition of AUSACORP S.L., adding the market leading brand’s compact all-terrain machines for transportation and material handling to the company’s Access segment. Eastern Wrecker Sales Inc, the oldest active distributor of the towing, transport, and wrecker equipment manufactured by Jerr-Dan, another Oshkosh Corporation company.
